This is one of my favorite scenes from John Landis' landmark werewolf film. If you've seen this movie, you know what I write about when you recall the use of CCR's BAD MOON RISING as the precursor to Rick Baker's now famous transformation sequence of actor David Naughton. There is a build up of tension for the audience during the sequence as David's fate in laid out through the song's lyrics. Notice how Landis and his editor abruptly cut the scene, and the song, at this line of the track:
"Don't go around tonight,
Well, it's bound to take your life..."
