Just a few months after an attempted break-in at Paris Hilton's home, the heiress has had to deal with another scary situation.

Police have arrested another man from outside her home after he was caught banging on the door and getting into a scuffle with her security guards.

It is not known whether Paris or any of her family were at home when it happened.

Police have said the man sneaked past community guards on a bicycle.

The socialite has since tweeted: "So scary today with that creepy guy just showing up at my house like that. Thank god for security."

This is the second time in a number of months that an incident like this has happened outside the 28-year-old's home.

In August, police arrested a man who was wielding two large knives and was banging on the windows of Paris's home.
