Bali, Indonesia: Australians Mark Eighth Bombing Anniversary

It's been eight years since a deadly bombing in Bali, Indonesia left 202 people dead. Among the lives lost... 88 Australians. To mark the occasion, a service was held to remember that tragic day.
A simple commemoration service was held on Tuesday in Bali to mark the eighth anniversary of a terrorist attack that killed 202 people, including 88 Australians.
The Bali bombings were dubbed as Australia's September 11.
About 80 Australians, survivors and family members attended the service at the Australian consulate and offered wreaths.
[Made Mangku Pastika, Governor, Bali]:
"It is not taking revenge, but we want to give respect to those who died and to give encouragement to all of us. We are working harder for the future to maintain peace and security."
Another 240 were injured.
[Katako Suzuki, Relative of Victim]:
"I got angry still, angry and very sad."
Recently the Australian government released an advisory to visitors planning to visit Bali for the commemoration, warning of the possibility of fresh terrorist attacks.
The Indonesian government has organized joint counter terrorism exercises between the Indonesia Army's Special Forces and Australia's elite SAS... in an effort to show the world that security in Bali is up to international standards.
