    Beginners Running Tip - C25K - Try Out This Training Program

    Today I'm taking you all along on my run. I run about 5 kilometers every 2-3 day. Today I ran 5K in one direction and 5K back. I ran the first half nonstop and stopped for short breaks on the way back to film for this blog. I used C25K to reach this level and I highly recommend it to any beginner.
