After a win last week, they nation had a bit more hope as the Boks took the field, whilst the Aussies were seeking a win on South African soil. The Aussies stepped up the pace from last week and whipped the Boks in the 1st half. The Boks never really featured in the 1st half, the Wallabies were just scoring tries all over the place. A little magic from Victor Matfield inspired the Boks producing a cracking 2nd half. They fought back, placing the Wallabies under pressure causing them to make stupid mistakes, allowing the Boks to snatch the lead. With 14 men on the field the Aussies still managed to cross the try line... It wasn’t over yet, Morne Steyn nailed a breath taking pressure kick, but Kurtley Beale took the Cake knocking over an enormous penalty that won the game for the Wallabies ending a 47 year loss in the highveld. Next week the Wallabies will host the All Blacks in Sydney for the final game in the 2010 Tri-Nations.
