Here is my wife being pulled over in Oceana County Michigan, August 26,2007,with me as a passenger in the rear seat of our minivan. I was beat, tased by 15 dart deployments, and drive stunned at least 10 more times, simultaneously,with three taser guns, from head to toe. By the new X26 model,almost to death as my punishment. I made a plea "deal" in fear of getting 2 years, and was charged and se More..ntenced to 90 days in jail, and 18 months probation for resisting, opposing, and obstructing, for not responding to a command while intoxicated. I was never charged for open intox as a passenger, because there was none. This is the result of weeks of harassment to me and my family for traffic fines from another county for my wife. Combined with alcohol. I did find the missing taser probe after this incident. NO POLICE OFFICERS WERE HARMED DURING THIS INCIDENT. Arresting Officers: Deputy, Michael Fillips, Srgt.
