Brad Pitt couldn't kiss Angelina Jolie on set

Angelina Jolie has revealed her partner Brad Pitt could not face kissing her on the set of her new film when she was dressed as a man.

"I asked Brad to come to set and see if he could spend lunch with me and hang out with me and I dared him to kiss me and he couldn't," the actress said.

In Salt the mum-of-six plays as a CIA officer on the run after she is accused of being a Russian sleeper agent.

Her character dresses up as a NATO officer for part of the story, which she enjoyed: "I loved it, I found it very strangely empowering in a very different way. I had to walk through a hotel lobby dressed as a man and it was very strange to have different reactions from women than you normally have and different reactions from men that you normally have.

"I was dressed in a NATO uniform so the men kind of gave me room and respect and I got a few women flirting. I liked my guy."
