Sharks pays US beachgoers a brief visit

People on Seaside Park Beach in New Jersey have been given a surprise visit by a shark.

Home video taken by one of the showed a shark swimming ashore, to the shock of the beachgoers.

The shark, which appeared to be around 6ft long, came right up onto the sand, before turning and swimming back out to sea.

The beach was briefly closed after the incident. No one was injured.
