Contestants were stunned when not one but two of them got the boot in the latest episode of Britain's Next Top Model.
Aspiring model Susan Loughanne, 22, was the first one to leave in a surprise eviction earlier after failing to impress recruiters from agency Models One.
"You can't predict any of this", says Susan. "I knew that going into this.
"I could feel in my bones that there was something not right with that day."
Fellow contestant Harleen Nottay from Scotland followed shortly after, when she got voted off by the panel, which is fronted by supermodel Elle Macpherson.
The 19-year-old admits, although the eviction came as a surprise to her, she is still pleased with her performance on the show.
"To be honest, I don't think my photo was the worst, if I'm gonna be really honest. I thought I was gonna get OK criticism.
"Everyone was quite positive about me."
