    The main elements in the sales process to create RAM customers are Relationship Building, Questioning / Listening, Advising / Influencing, Selling / establishing RAM customers, and Leaving Foot Prints / triggers. Creating RAM customers is not a separate process, it is in-built within the regular sales process. The only difference while creating RAM customers is that we need to concentrate on the micro level steps.
