More than 100 HIV-positive children are born in Mozambique every day. But proper precautions and medication can substantially minimize the risk of transmitting the virus from mother to child.Célia und Helena are both 29, pregnant and HIV-positive. They have been receiving medical care in one of Africa's 31 DREAM centers, run by aid workers. The goal is to prevent the transmission of the virus from mother to child and to keep the mothers' health stable enough to allow them to raise their children.

In the fourth part of our documentary series, Helena's baby is born.

Célia still has three weeks before her due date.
