Aid reaches desperate refugees in Kyrgyz crisis

Humanitarian aid is finally getting organised in Osh, southern Kyrgyzstan, more than two weeks after bloody inter ethnic clashes rocked the region bordering with Uzbekistan, killing several hundred people and uprooting more than 400,000 according to the UN. In the devastated city, NGOs have started dispatching goods, and are slowly tackling reconstruction.
