With the release of Eclipse drawing ever closer, excitement for the third Twilight movie is building momentum.

Stars Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart have been in Italy as part of the movie's promotional tour and Taylor, who plays Jacob, says this latest installment will not disappoint:

"I feel like Eclipse just takes everything about this series, the romance, the action, the danger; everything. And it takes it all to the next level, it's much more dangerous and the stakes are a lot higher, it's the climax of the love triangle and it's pretty action-packed as well, so I'm excited for all you guys to see it."

Meanwhile Bella actress Kristen Stewart, who is known for being uncomfortable with the fame-game, said despite the media frenzy, she is still grateful for the opportunities Twilight has presented:

"We've been put in the most absolutely ideal position for any actor, like we get to have choices, and that never really comes along with the job and I think we would both still do it if we didn't have that option so it's just really fun, especially to get it so young."

In a magazine interview earlier this month, 21-year-old Kristen compared the media attention surrounding her to being raped. She has since apologised saying she had made "an enormous mistake."

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is out on June 30.
