PLF defeats feds’ "wetlands" power grab
A federal court ruled this week that the Clean Water Act does not empower federal regulators to micro-manage private property belonging to the Great Northwest, Inc., a gravel mining operation in Fairbanks, Alaska. The case is Great Northwest, Inc. v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
