Tom Cruise is bringing his Tropic Thunder character Les Grossman back to the big screen.
Paramount Pictures and MTV Films have confirmed that a film based on the fowl-mouthed and hairy Hollywood producer is in development.
Tom, 47, will not only star but co-produce along with his Tropic Thunder director and co-star Ben Stiller.
In a tongue-in-cheek statement, Ben said: "Les Grossman's life story is an inspiring tale of the classic human struggle to achieve greatness against all odds. He has assured me he plans to quote, '******* kill the **** out of this movie and make Citizen ******* Kane look like a piece of **** home movie by the time we are done.' I am honoured to be working with him."
Along with Cruise and Stiller, 2008's Tropic Thunder also starred Jack Black and Robert Downey Jnr. It is not know whether any of their characters will make cameo appearances in Les's spin-off movie.
Tom wowed the crowd's at the recent MTV Awards in LA, dressed as his alter ego Les Grossman. He performed a dance routine with Jennifer Lopez, where he attempted the splits and tried to smack J-Lo's famous bottom.
