Dr. Ralan Wong, fifth-generation San Franciscan, has made his professional home in Laurel Village. An endodontic specialist, Dr. Wong works with patients suffering with pain, sensitivity, swelling, infection and general discomfort. He addresses infected or inflamed pulp tissue as well as tooth decay, which afflicts patients with sensitivity to heat or cold, tenderness, tooth discoloration and pain. During a recent interview with Cambridge Who's Who, he commented: "SF (San Francisco) Endodontics serves the whole community. I've had patients as young as four years old. My oldest patient to date [was] 99 years old." Dr. Wong currently serves as an associate clinical professor of endodontics at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
