2 adults and 2 kids)1 ½ Cup flour2 teaspoons baking powder½ teaspoon salt2 tablespoons sugar 1 egg1 cup milk½ cup plain yogurt1 tablespoon oil (organic safflower oil) 1 banana sliced Mix the wet ingredients together until blended. Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix the wet and the dry together. Add the sliced bananas. Stir them in. Put a small amount of butter or oil in a large frying pan. Let it heat up evenly and start to pour pancakes. Make sure banana is in all the pancakes. When the pancakes start to bubble, turn them over. Take a peak first to make sure the underside is cooked until lightly browned. Serve with butter and maple syrup. *Mike doesn’t eat dairy so I substitute the cow’s milk for rice milk for him. Same with the crepes. It’s pretty hard to make pancakes and crepes with out eggs.
