Headliner Roger Hodgson co-founder of Supertramp performing his hit song Give A Little Bit Live in Paris at the Festival Fete de L’Humanite to an audience of over 80,000. Seeing Roger perform live is an amazing experience and his voice sounds even better now than when he was the lead singer of Supertramp.

Roger Hodgson has been recognized as one of the most gifted composers, songwriters and lyricists of our time. The songs Roger sings that are often referred to as Supertramp songs are songs that Roger wrote and composed alone - that is how he creates music. Even though Roger and Rick shared writing credit, they each wrote and composed separately. Roger wrote many of the band's hits while he was still in his teens, before he even met Rick. When Roger was with Supertramp, he would make a demo of the song and bring it to the band for them to learn their parts. Supertramp as a band never wrote and composed together. There were only two songwriters for the band. The songs Roger sings lead vocals on are the ones he composed the music and lyrics for, and the songs Rick sings lead vocals on are the ones that he wrote.

See the original singer/songwriter of Dreamer, Give a Little Bit, Breakfast in America, The Logical Song, Take the Long Way Home, It's Raining Again, Fool's Overture, Hide in Your Shell, and so very many more. Roger also performs some great material from his solo albums at his shows like Hide in Your Shell, Lord is it Mine and more. To find out more about his music check out Supertramp Songwriters -

There is something about this song that brings out the best in people. Thank you Roger for sending us your smile and such wonderful music. I am still hoping Supertramp will ask you to play a few concerts so I can experience a true anniversary tour and my vote is for the UK.

I love this song. One of my all time favorites. I love the twelve strong guitar and the sax solo are my favorite parts. Would love to hear this one with the orchestra too. Also great to hear that Roger continues to tour playing all his great hits.
