This is the fourth in a series of short films about the DFID in India, shot by Eshwarappa M and Richard Whittell. In 'Power to the People?', we see the consequences of DFID funded power sector reforms. See for an introduction to the series and links to accompanying interviews to this part with Vinay Pandey from the electricity employees union and Dr Sunilam, a member of the Madhya Pradesh parliament.
