This was originally a holiday video shot with my first camcorder in 1994 whilest touring in Ireland with my former girlfriend, Tina, our four year old son, Zenyel, and an old college friend, Philip. We had no TV in the cottage where we stayed, so we entertained ourselves with improvised role-playing dramas. In this game, I stay behind the camera filming the action and dialogue, while playing the role of British army officer at a military checkpoint on the border between the Republic of Ireland and the British colony of Northern Ireland.
