Depuis un an, la société Webcastory édite Techtoc.tv, une webtv communautaire consacrée aux nouvelles technologies. L'initiateur du projet, Frédéric Bascunana, présente son concept de "social rich media", et dresse un 1er bilan après plus 300 plateaux enregistrés.
