Ugly Betty star America Ferrera has opened up about the end of the hit US TV series saying she is looking forward to "sleeping a little bit."
It was announced the show was being canned in January. The final episode is aired in the States next month.
"It's all very bittersweet," said Ferrera.
The actress added: "It's sad to say goodbye and endings are always a little bit sad and you know, saying goodbye to my cast and my crew will be hard. But at the same time I'm excited about the future.
"I don't really have a big plan, I think that five years ago I couldn't have really guessed that Betty was going to be the thing to consume my life for four years, and yet it came along and it was worth it.
"So I'm just staying open and taking a deep breath and probably sleeping a little bit."
