Sandra Bullock has pulled out of a second event for the movie she won an Oscar for. A week after deciding not to attend the UK premiere for The Blind Side, it has been confirmed the star will not attend the film's premiere in Berlin.
In a statement through studio Warner Bros., the 45-year-old initially cited "unforseen personal reasons" for cancelling her trip abroad.
The news came at the same time as headlines about her husband Jesse James. In Touch magazine published an interview with a woman who claimed she had an affair with him.
Jesse insists most of what has been written about him is untrue, but did issue an apology to his wife and children for the pain and embarrassment he caused them.
While Sandra has maintained a low profile since the scandal, her other half is finding it more difficult to avoid the press. He was chased by paparazzi as he tried to go about his daily routine. Snappers followed the motorbike enthusiast and shouted out: "Have you heard from Sandy?", along with a number of jibes.
