Former business partner has stolen $30,000 worth of repair money from a business property, and never repaired a house. The House is 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, and the size of mobile home, no air conditioning.
Bank appraiser got paid under the table for closing his eyes on value and the work that has never been done, and estimated the repairs of $30,000. For This money you can build the same house right beside it,when we wrote the letter to the bank about these problems, the bank ignored the letter and denied alligations, and filed suit since I am a grantor for the house. I have put my name down not for someones to misuse my credit history, but to return the $7,000 worth of fees from this individual. Bank wants their money, but doesn't want to admit that these problems are accurate. The real value of the house is aroud $50,000 and it was appraised at $100,000.

What I want to get out of this, is that this person will face justice for all that he has done.
