    Pan Tumaca (Tomato Bread)
    •baguette bread
•2 tomatoes (depending on the size)
    •salt
    •2 teaspoons olive oil
    •pepper (optional)
•1 garlic clove (optional) 1. Grate the tomatoes with a cheese grater into a bowl. You should dispose the peel.

    2. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to your taste.

    3. Cut the baguette in 4 pieces and cut them again transversely.

    4. Toast the bread.

    5. Once toasted, you can optionally spread some garlic to make it a little bit spicy.

    6. Spread the tomato mix over the toasts and enjoy it.

A very typical Spanish breakfast. Consists on a toast, but instead of butter or jam, we use tomatoes. Try it only with Baguettes, or any bread that comes in the shape of a bar, with the crunchy outside. And by the way, adding a little bit of the mix to any sandwich makes the sandwich incredibly delicious.

Mr Breakfast would like to thank chelopo for this recipe.
