Tyavarekoppa Lion and Tiger Safari is located in the Shimoga district of the state of Karnataka, India. This lioness was disturbed by us but she just stared wide eyed, sneezed and did not attack us. She's not in a cage and 20 ft away from us. The African male lion with her from Tamilnad is aggressive and violent. Shows signs of abuse - so she's generally anxious. She's scared of her own sneeze! http://www.junglelodges.com/V2/rivert..
