Since the 1970's when old man Bush was the head of the CIA and his attempts to stonewall Congress were largely successful BUT for the efforts of William Colby that revealed a lot of the dastardly deeds of the agency the CIA has successfully outsourced most of its work to private companies or to deeper black agencies. If he is whipping the CIA then he is just showing that he is doing the same thing that all of the insiders do and that is to divert your gaze away from the real thing.
