Starting at 12PM on 12/31 and taking viewers into 2010, the special counts down the year's top hits as voted by fans, tackles the wildest music moments of '09, and includes Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Britney Spears, the Twilight cast, Miley Cyrus, Paramore, Papa Roach, and many more!
