A small clip from the 1981 tv film Goliath Awaits showing the scene were Goliath is sunk with all 1860 passengers and crew on board. And for 40 years the surviving 337 passengers and crew have lived in an air pocket inside Goliath at the bottom of the sea. Divers are sent inside Goliath the first two are killed but later two more go into the torpedoe hole and find the survivors and are told of how they survived the sinking of Goliath in 1939 on Goliath's maiden voyage to New York from Southampton. The Goliath was in the mid Altantic when a German sub spots her and fired torpedoes which struck causing Goliath to sink. Note that four torpedoes were fired and only one hit and exploded on the hull of Goliath at the stern, also she sank too quick some of the passengers and crew could've abandoned ship in the lifeboats. I might put on the clip of Goliath exploding at the end were 53 passengers out of 337 stay behind, while the rest go up in decompression chambers.
