The European Union is unhappy about how Greece deals with refugees, and treatment some consider inhumane. Critics say there's not even a proper asylum process in place, which undermines the Dublin treaty which states that refugees must apply for asylum in the first EU country they enter. But many refugees are afraid of being sent back to Greece because Greek authorities often return refugees back to their own countries, where they have to fear for their lives.
