A Design + Build Addition from Mark of Excellence Remodeling

The project was designed and developed by the sales staff prior to the construction and completion by one company; Monmouth Countys Best of the Best, Mark of Excellence Remodeling. A design + build addition approximately 250 square feet with clipped corners to maximize the river views. The new room features a tile floor, bead-board ceiling, Andersen windows and door and a gas fireplace. This project has won two national awards in the category of Best Design + Build Addition under $100,000.
