Eminem is fuckin brilliant

most of all the rappers are about themself so when i see this its makes me think about the way culture and people can intwin, i respect E for this and his lyrical skills is unquestioned in my book

Not meant to be thin skinned! Just hit me the wrong way. You have my apology! We all are falling on hard times, all we can hope for is something in the very near future that will stop the bleeding on what use to be "Great American producing cities" & the American dream of just a good paying job that would support a Family, I think that corporate American has defeated the True hard working American and has brought us down from the middle to a hard working class of individuals wondering how we are going to pay our mortgages and support our Familys. And forget about college for our kids & grand kids. I don't pretend to have all of the answers but we need to bring back jobs to Americans & stop the imports! Some call it protectionism, I call it "JOBS FOR AMERICANS" I truly believe that when China & other countries that we import from through Corporate America figure out how to be self productive will cut us off in a heart beat. I visit Ohio a lot & some good hard working folk there.

I guess crbgfblab's comment was directed at my comment about Detroit, and how I feel this video transcribes to it. Dude.."Burst My Bubble"?!? There is no glory or honor in saying how your city is struggling! I would rather I didn't have to say this about my city, or see it's results everyday I leave my doorstep, but I do. I can understand the feeling, that plenty city's in America are struggling, which is true, but this video was specifically talking about Detroit's fall from being the number #1 Job producing Industrial city IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, to being the city with THE HIGHEST UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, in the whole United States.

Again, there is no braggin rights in suffering. If other cities that are going through tough times, can relate to this song/video by Eminem, then that's just a true testiment to Eminem's art as being a REAL ARTIST.

Sorry to bust the bubble, but Detroit isn't the ONLY midwest city that has the crooked politicians and urban blight. :-( There's a city just southeast, in Ohio, that use to be the 8th largest in the nation, and also had a lot of manufacturing jobs at one time. And losing more as we speak!
