Jackiem Joyner has made a huge step in his young career with his sophomore release, Lil Man Soul. After being discovered by Richard Elliot and Rick Braun and supported by Peter White on his very first release (babysoul May 2007) he has become accustomed to being in the company of the very top flight performers in contemporary jazz. Recording sessions with Joe Sample, Wayman Tisdale, Gerald Albright and other stars have keened his considerable chops.
