This is a phone call from 17Jun09 to the legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department...it was not pretty!! He basically said mandatory vaccinations are consittutional!!

1st, the CDC does NOT have the authority under the Constitution to make a vaccine MANDATORY. They have NEVER done that before. They can only simply "recommend" vaccines. Illegal laws aside.
