00:01We're going to go back to farmer and vlogger Maki Moto.
00:05But before that,
00:06I'm going to eat it on the farm.
00:13There are a few parts of the Rizal
00:14that is very good
00:16the BB or E-tick dish they have,
00:19which is the Kinulob.
00:21If you can see the E-tick dish
00:23at Sir Maki,
00:25it is as well.
00:26We're going to take our own version of Kinulob.
00:30Subtan Pulo
00:33Lagay lang din natin yungrin balunan
00:35and, of course, yung ating bawang,
00:42yung ating bay leaves,
00:43o laurel.
00:45Optional,
00:46star anise.
00:48Lagyan na lang din natin ng pepper corns
00:51and yung ating toyo.
00:53Lagyan na lang din natin ng
00:55brown sugar
00:58and some salt.
01:00So, hayaan lang natin itong kumulo hanggang lumambot yung ating pato.
01:04Siguro this would take us around one and a half to two hours.
01:09And then balikan natin, saka natin sya di-deep fry.
01:12Saktong-sakto na, napakalambot na noong ating pato.
01:16Tatabi muna natin sya para makapag-rest.
01:19At the same time, mag-reduce din yung sabaw.
01:22Sya rin gagawin natin, parang pinakasara-sara rin niya mamaya.
01:24And, dyan din natin lulutuin yung ating side dish.
01:27And, yung ating side dish naman.
