The community care program service 53,000 seniors and disabled residents in Illinois. The community care program focuses our efforts on improving well-being at the most vulnerable stages of life – primarily serving children, youth, and the elderly. This video is exploring the harsh reality of funding shortages for a community impacted by high rates of poverty with limited educational and economic resources.
