00:01Ngayong summer season,
00:03kabikabila na ang mga summer outing
00:05at ang isa sa mga pagkaing hindi mawawala
00:07sa summer getaway ang inihaw.
00:10At sa pagbisita natin dito sa Vera Farm,
00:12hindi natin palalampasin
00:14na gumawa ng isang masarap na grill dish
00:16gamit ang kanilang farm produce.
00:21So abang nagkokentuhan kami ni Sir Virgil
00:24nabanggit nga niya na
00:25isa sa mga inaalagaan nila dito
00:27is yung kanilang native na baboy.
00:29Siyempre hindi natin palalampasin na
00:31masubukang magluto ng isang putahe
00:34gamit yung kanilang inaalagaan
00:36na I'm pretty sure magugustuhan nila.
00:39Nothing extraordinary with the combination
00:42but basically celebrating kung ano yung mga
00:45makikita natin sa paligid.
00:47So gagawa lang tayo ng ating grilled ribs
00:50with a side dish na kilawing puso ng saging.
00:53So for our grilled pork ribs,
00:57so we have here yung isang slab.
01:00Bago natin siya erectang ihawin,
01:03kailangan iparkook muna natin to.
01:07So kailangan pakuluan natin siya.
01:09We're using pork stock.
01:11Then lalagyan lang natin to ng aromatics.
01:14So yung ating garlic in.
01:20Yung ating ginger.
01:23Then yung ating onions.
01:25Lagyan lang natin ito ng fish sauce.
01:31And of course, buong paminta.
01:33Now, para hindi rin masayang yung pagpapakulo natin dun sa baboy,
01:39isasabay na natin yung ating puso ng saging.
01:42This is one of those vegetables na medyo may katagalan din siya maluto.
01:46Save lang din natin yung mga bulaklak nung puso nung saging.
01:49So once na lumabas na yung mas pale na kulay nung ating puso ng saging,
01:57we can actually use yung part na yun.
02:00I'm just gonna cut this into quarters.
02:05Then lubog na natin dun sa ating stock.
02:10So we'll just let this cook for about 30 minutes.
02:13And then after nyan,
02:15pwede na natin isa lang dun sa ating griller yung ating pork ribs.
02:18And then if we finish natin yung ating puso ng saging.
02:27So napakuloan na natin yung ating ribs.
02:30Slow cooked lang yan.
02:31And then pinalamig ko rin muna para mas madali natin siyang maigigrill.
02:36Tanggalin lang natin yung ating puso ng saging din.
02:39Again, for our side dish.
02:43Now yung ating pork.
02:45Ire-ready lang natin mabilis yung pang glaze natin.
02:48So we have banana ketchup.
02:51And then oyster sauce.
02:55Sugar.
02:56Mix lang.
02:58And then apply na natin dun sa ating pork ribs.
03:13Okay.
03:32For our side dish naman, let's use some ginger.
03:37Some ginger.
03:40Then yung ating onions.
03:52Then yung ating puso ng saging.
03:56Vinegar.
03:57And then yung stock nung pinagpakuloan nung ating pork.
04:08Satisfied na ako dun sa timpla nung ating side dish.
04:12Sakto na rin yung pagkakagrill nung ating pork.
04:15Pwede na tayo magsorb.
04:16Matapos ang mahigit isang oras, luto na ang putahe na pwedeng pwede niyong gawin sa mga summer outing nyo.
