President Biden will visit Wisconsin to announce a $3.3 billion investment by Microsoft to build an AI and data center facility in the politically important swing state. The facility will be constructed in Racine County, where Foxconn had previously planned a massive factory that was later scaled back significantly. Microsoft's project is expected to generate around 2,300 construction jobs and 2,000 permanent jobs overtime at the data center. The company will partner with a local college to train 1,000 people for data center roles and 1,000 business leaders in AI adoption by 2030.
