Chinese Navy Vessel Shadows Joint U.S.-Philippine Drills in South China Sea

Chinese vessels have been shadowing joint drills by the Philippines and its allies in the South China Sea. A Chinese spy ship came as close as two nautical miles to U.S. and Phillippine vessels.
