2001, Welland Canal, Allanburg, Ontario, the Windoc needs 1 minute to go under the raised drawbridge. The drawbridge operator gave them 30 seconds.

Incredibly nobody was injured, none of the $6M cargo was lost and not fuel leaked. The ship was declared a complete loss.
