Happy Ghost IV (released in the Philippines as Magic to Win 4) (Chinese: 開心鬼救開心鬼) is a 1990 Hong Kong comedy film directed by Clifton Ko Chi-sum (高志森). The film stars Raymond Wong Pak-ming (黃百鳴) and Pauline Yeung Po-ling (楊寶玲).

A group of college kids discovers the remains of an evil warlord from an old cave and brings it to their dormitory, which ultimately awakens the warlord (劉洵 Lau Shun)'s ghost. It is seeking to avenge his killer, who has since reincarnated as Hong Sam-kwai (Raymond)'s snobby girlfriend Annie (Pauline). With Hong and Annie endangered, Hong's reincarnated spirit, Scholar Pik takes over to save him and Annie, and defeat the demon.
