Ip Man: The Final Fight is a biographical martial arts film directed by Herman Yau Lai-to (邱禮濤), released in 2013. The movie follows the story of Ip Man (葉問), a celebrated martial arts master who has gained worldwide recognition for his expertise in Wing Chun (詠春). The film is set in the 1950s, portraying a different chapter in the life of the martial arts legend.
The story revolves around the aging and sickly Ip Man (黃秋生 Anthony Chau-Sang Wong) who has moved to Hong Kong after the Japanese occupation of China. However, his principles are put to the test when the Triads, a notorious gang, attempt to take over the city. Ip Man must face his toughest challenge yet as he confronts the Triad bosses and their hired fighters in an epic climax - one last fight!
