Born Again includes Baptism and Circumcision by the Spirit

Born Again is a term that was introduced by Jesus to cover spiritual rebirth either under the New Covenant (symbolized by Baptism) or the Old Covenant (symbolized by Circumcision). Nobody can enter the Kingdom of God unless they are Born Again. We become a Child of God when we receive the Spirit. Receiving the Spirit is connected to Believing. Nobody can come to believe in God unless He first opens their eyes and ears and gives them understanding.
We become a Child of God when we truly believe in Jesus and make Him Lord of our Life by repenting of our sin. This is regeneration.
