Soros notes the Davos elite have tended to be wrong about election outcomes in the past. Soros argues Trump "owns" the Republican party and believes that even if Trump loses the 2024 presidential election, he will potentially seek their nomination again in 2028 and possibly 2032. According to Soros' view, Trump only has two potential outcomes - either remaining in power by winning the presidency again, or winding up in prison due to his various ongoing criminal cases.
