Here are my 30 day results using P90x! I am also a new coach so if you have any questions or want to start the program please stop by my website at www.sweatitoutfitness.com measurements Bodyfat 36.6-32.9 weight 165-156 chest 36- 34.75 waist 34.5-32.5 hips 43.5- 41.75 right thigh 28-25.5 left thigh 27.25-25.25 right arm 13-12.25 left arm 13.5-12.25 Next round will be even better. I can't see much change but m clothes fit better!
