D: using audacity to simulate NFM IQ over VB audio cable

Yes, one of the biggest advancements in radio transmission doesnt need to happen on the radio. Just do it via VB audio cable.
Here I simulate AFSK POCSAG, a popular signal in the united states of america. The messages were encoded from a service I subcribed to known was Incident page network, which reports incidents in the USA and canada, in the form of Fire, EMS, Police, any form of emergency incident, which can be texted to a pager or your cell phone. (I chose the cell phone option as it is possible to do this on T-Mobile...)
Using SoRFMon's POCSAG encoder, and modulating the audio with IQ, and then the baseband with the same plugin. It creates a stable NFM IQ signal, that can be used for signal testing.

01:33 has an inversion of the waveform.
