"Licences" started forming in every police station in Punjab; long lines formed.
The problem with the internet or the system itself is slow; decades of people are here too.
Licenses have begun to be issued in police stations, and the police stations are struggling to keep up. The public says they didn’t facilitate us; they just facilitated recommended people. We were in line in the morning and didn’t get our number.
