Today on the Air Superiority Dev Server we take a look at the new VT-4B Rank 8 Chinese tank and in a first for the tanks we've covered I'm a little unsure on whether this can be considered a minor sidegrade or even potentially a downgrade from the previous WZ10001(E) LCT.
