Sheffield car engulfed in flames 'started to explode' says witness

Two Yorkshire Water team members used their vehicle to block off Church Street in Ecclesfield yesterday evening after they spotted a car that had been engulfed in a fireball.
The pair called emergency services, but remained on scene to prevent any residents or motorists getting too close. The Star has been told the car at one point "started to explode".
