Glutes Workout Routine

Good morning everyone, I know you missed it, here I share my routine for today, focused on glutes! I'm happy because I was able to gain a little more weight. 4set 15-20rept each exercise.

Use a 5kg weight and heavy level elastic band. Remember that you can use the weight with which you feel most demanding.

I trained with great difficulty, there are days and days and today is one of those but it makes me very happy to dedicate my time to love!
